Managing Partner David Neale was one of the presenters for the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum webinar titled “Turning Lemons Into Lemonade: How Best to Manage Distressed Assets” in October 2021, about how best to manage distressed assets from the perspective of bankruptcy judge, debtor’s counsel, bankruptcy trustee, ABC assignee/receiver, and secured creditor’s counsel utilizing UCC and real property foreclosure remedies. Mr. Neale spoke from the perspective of debtor’s counsel.
