Eve Karasik Speaks at ABI’s Winter Leadership Conference

Partner Eve Karasik moderated and presented on the “Winding Down Companies When Chapter 11 Is Not An Option” panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Winter Leadership Conference that took place in December 2021. That panel discussed alternatives to Chapter 11 for the liquidation of companies – such as out-of-court liquidations, receiverships, Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC), the Delaware Dissolution Statute, and Chapter 7.

ABI is the nation’s largest and most diverse community of bankruptcy professionals. Ms. Karasik currently serves as ABI’s Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion, and is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and insolvency topics. In 2021, Ms. Karasik has also presented on the following panels:
