Following a two-day contested court hearing, Bankruptcy Judge Deborah J. Saltzman approved the sale of “The One,” a 105,000 square foot home on a Bel-Air hilltop.  LNBYG partners David Golubchik and Todd Arnold represented Crestlloyd, LLC, the bankrupt limited liability company that owns “The One.”
