Martin J. Brill is a partner at Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P. A veteran lawyer with over four decades of experience devoted exclusively to bankruptcy and insolvency matters, Mr. Brill has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, trustees in bankruptcy and buyers of assets in numerous bankruptcy cases. He has repeatedly been named a “Super Lawyer” in a region-wide peer survey, an honor bestowed on only 5% of Southern California attorneys.
A graduate of University of California, Los Angeles and the UCLA School of Law, Mr. Brill is active in the legal community, having served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum and as chairman of the Executive Committee of the bankruptcy section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
