Both began their legal careers at LNBYB, Fritz in 2009, and Meshefejian in 2008, after clerking for U.S. Bankruptcy Judges.

“Messrs. Fritz and Meshefejian have demonstrated outstanding talents in resourcefully representing a wide range of clients facing significant financial challenges,” said David L. Neale, LNBYB co-managing partner and founder, in announcing the promotions. “They represent key assets on our staff of lawyers in all phases of bankruptcy, insolvencies, trustee representation, out-of-court workouts, commercial litigation and business reorganizations,” added Ron Bender, co-managing partner.

Fritz and Meshefejian each have achieved successful conclusions in all aspects of bankruptcy law for businesses and individuals in need of Chapter 11 plans, selling of assets, negotiated settlements and in litigating complex legal disputes in bankruptcy courts. They have also been selected to the prestigious “Rising Star” list every year since 2013, which identifies young lawyers who exhibit excellence in their law practices in the Southern California region.
