Partners David Golubchik and Todd Arnold represent Crestlloyd, LLC, the developer of “The One” megamansion, a 105,000 square foot, 20-bedroom home and debtor in Case No. 21-bk-18205 pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

As reported by several news sources, the property was once listed for as high as $500 million, and the online bankruptcy auction is now scheduled for March 3, 2022.
