Anthony A. Friedman specializes in the representation of debtors in reorganizations and liquidations, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees, bankruptcy litigation, State Court litigation, and creditors’ committees. Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California, the United States District Court (all Districts in California), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Friedman is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, the California Bankruptcy Forum, the Financial Lawyer’s Conference, the James T. King Bankruptcy Inn of Court (current Board member and past president 2017–2018), and several Southern California Bar Associations. Mr. Friedman is also a volunteer in the Public Counsel Law Center Bankruptcy pro bono project.
