JOHN ALLEN LIVINGSTON joined LNBY&G as an associate attorney in October 2026. Prior to joining LNBY&G, John gained served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Martin R. Barash and the Hon. Victoria S. Kaufman, both U.S. bankruptcy judges presiding in the San Fernando Valley division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. During law school, John was a judicial extern for the Hon. Sheri A. Bluebond in the Los Angeles division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and the Hon. Laurel M. Isicoff (ret.) in the Miami division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
John obtained his juris doctorate degree from Florida International University College of Law in 2024. He graduated summa cum laude, was a dean’s merit scholar, made the dean’s list every semester, and received awards for earning the highest grade in seven doctrinal courses. John obtained his bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2021.
