David W. Levene is a founder and of counsel to Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P., a nationally known business reorganization law firm. Mr. Levene is also a mediator. Mr. Levene is a recognized expert in business restructuring, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. His reputation has been built by being lead counsel in complex cases with examples including such high-profile cases as FAO Schwarz, C & R Clothiers, Anna’s Linens, McMillen Oil, Maxon Industries and Leiner Health Products. Combining a strong grasp of negotiating strategies and experience honed during his more than 40 years of legal practice, Mr. Levene has a reputation of being a peacemaker and creative problem solver. His calm demeanor and ability to establish rapport puts the participants at ease and breaks down the common barriers to resolution. Mr. Levene earned his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School and M.B.A. and B.S. degrees (Business Administration) from University of Southern California.
